GLOSSARY A-Z 62 Facal paralysis fainting fallopian tube

Facial paralysis ( see Bell’s palsy)
Fainting      Loss of consciousness. Usually due to low blood supply to the brain cells .The most common cause is low blood pressure.
Fallopian tube    A muscle tube four inches long which is open at one end.  At this end it has  finger like extensions , that help to guide the ovum  from the ovary into  the open end . The ovum is  then conveyed through its other  end into the uterine cavity.
