Vitamin B1 Thiamine deficiency causes beriberi & neuritis this vitamin s present in yeast wheat germ
    Vitamin B12 cynocobaamine required for maintaining nerve sheaths & blood cell formation
                        Present in eggs and sea foods
     Vitamin C.   Ascorbic acid required fo maintaining cell wall and healing process gives rise  
                         Bleeding gums and slow healing present in citrus fruits   
      Vitamin D   Essential for absorbtion of calcium from intestine & deposition of calcium in
                         Bones present in yeast also made in skin on exposure o sunlight
