In a woman of 20-30 years old it can be a non cancer
       

A Lactating woman with pain and tender lump, may have a breast abscess

In woman of more than 40 years it can be a cancer

Cancer of the breast is one of the most common cancers that

Affects woman. 

It is seen when some cells in your breast grow (multiply) rapidly.
These cells can spread to other parts of the breast and also spread to other parts of the body.
The appearance of a painless lump in the breast is the first finding and is a cause for concern.
