SLEEP DISORDER
Insomnia is defined as a recurring difficulty in falling asleep
or maintaining sleep.
This affects functioning during the day.
This is a common health problem among adults.
Insomnia could be due to;
-   Worry about an unsolved problem
-   Anxiety due to bad news
-   Inability to cope with the workload,
-   Intake of drugs alcohol-Caffeine-Thyroid hormones
-   Other health disorders
    Elimination or adjusting to intake of drugs in
    treatment of medical disorders
SELF CARE
*   Do not sleep during day
*   Regular exercise
*   Before sleeping, practice some relaxation techniques such as
    deep breathing
*   Do not watch television in bed.
*   Do not drink coffee or tea or cola drinks two  hours  before
