GLOSSARY A-Z 74 Gigantism gingivitis glaucoma

Gigantism  ( jy gan tizm ) Excessive growth due to secretion of excess growth hormone before puberty.
Gingivitis  ( jin ji vitis ) An inflammation of the gums. The inflammation is due bacterial infection. Its necessary to brush teeth twice a day and thoroughly rinse the mouth after every meal.
Glaucoma  ( glo ko ma ) A condition where the fluid pressure within the eyeball is excessive.
