BACK PAIN
back problems
Your lower back carries most of your body weight (head, chest and
Abdominal organs).
It's the site of most back pains, for people between the ages of 20 and 50.
Injury to any part of your neck, and back joints, or muscles, can occur during work, and sports.
The most common sources of back pain are strained (overstretched) muscles or
Strained (overstretched) ligaments of the back.
The cause may be:
1. Lifting Heavy weight in standing position.
2. Strenuous physical effort;
an accident,
sports injury or fall.
3. Exercise without preceeding warm up
4. Sitting in one position for a long time; poor sitting and standing
Posture (slouching), mismatched PC monitor and chair heights
5. Carry a heavy briefcase, purse, shoulder bag, or backpack for
a long time causing altered posture
6. Daily emotional stress and tension
7. Normal or excessive weight gain during pregnancy
