* Control your weight and blood sugar (especially if you have
Diabetes)
-both these measures will help in controlling the risk of
heart disease.
The care of heart - related disease should be entirely under the
guidance of a good cardiologist.
Your efforts in self care would also involve adapting to the required change in behavior and lifestyle.
Conform to the drug therapy advised, and on follow up.
Angina patients require Glyceryl trinitrate to relieve pain of emotion or effort.
Drugs will be required for control of high blood pressure

A combination of;
Methylcobalimin
Folic acid
Pyridoxine can also limit the progress of atherosclerosis
Some patients might need an angiography (imaging of
Coronary arteries).
This is required when drugs do not provide relief for angina
Or the angina becomes unstable.
Some of these patients will require cornary artery bypass surgery or
Angioplasty (enlarging of coronary artery)
