Tendonitis( asimtennis ) causes injury  resulting  in pain and tenderness in this negion. It can also be caused by other repetitive tasks. Treatment  is local heat application and NSAID.
Terminal condition   Any condition for which there is no cure
Testis   The male gonad which produces , sperm and male hormones ( testosterone )
Testosterone   The male sex hormone. The amount produced is controlled by the hormone of the pituitary. At  puberty there is an  increase in  production of testosterone .
